Market Report – February 2020

Bhoomi Naturals is pleased to give you the latest market report featuring our trending Natural Essential Oils and Extracts. We also introduce to you some of our Herbs and Spices in this report.

Essential Oils

Lemongrass Oil

There was a break in production during the last month on account of festival.  Production has resumed, however, it is in lower volumes because harvest is being delayed on the expectation from farmers for an increase in price.  This is in view of non-availability of synthetic lemongrass oil from China. However, this may be a temporary scenario and the prices may stabilise in a couple of months.   Demand has  moved up for the oil.

Davana Oil

The harvest and production of Davana Oil started mid-February. Unfortunately, the herbage has been considerably less this season. Moreover, the farmers are waiting to see the yield of the oil and the total production to decide on the pricing. We hope to have a price update in our next Market Report. Meanwhile, it would be helpful for us to have an understanding of market requirements, to plan accordingly.

Palmarosa Oil
